Project Overview

This renovation project focused on giving the home’s exterior a complete update with premium, long-lasting materials. The work included the installation of new siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough to improve both durability and appearance. The result is a home with stronger protection against the elements and an exterior that radiates character and charm.

The exterior was clad with James Hardie cement board lap siding and board and batten for a balanced combination of texture and dimension. The siding was finished in the rich Woodstock Brown colour, offering a timeless and natural tone that complements the home’s setting. Trim elements were completed in Navaho Beige, providing subtle contrast and clean lines that highlight the architectural details. The soffit, fascia, and eavestrough were matched to ensure both seamless performance and a polished, uniform look.

The blend of horizontal lap siding with vertical board and batten adds depth and visual interest to the façade, creating a sophisticated yet inviting appearance. The warm Woodstock Brown siding is paired with Navaho Beige trims that brighten window and door frames, bringing balance and definition. Together, these design choices enhance the home’s curb appeal while maintaining a natural, welcoming style that will stand the test of time.
