The renovation focused on giving a historic home a complete exterior refresh while maintaining its classic character. The team replaced the old, worn façade with new siding, updated the roofline, and installed new soffit, fascia, and eavestrough. Canexel Ultra-plank vertical siding in a rich walnut colour was installed to modernize the home’s appearance. To add warmth and texture, western red cedar shakes were placed in both front gables. Custom bent aluminum trims were fabricated on site in Kaycan Prestige beige, ensuring a precise fit and clean finish. The soffit, fascia, and eavestrough were also completed in Prestige beige, tying all elements together for a cohesive, polished result.

The vertical siding and contrasting beige trims created a sharp, contemporary design that still respects the original structure of the home. The cedar shake accents on the gables provide a timeless natural detail that draws the eye, while the neutral palette highlights the clean architectural lines.
