James Hardie cedarmill lap siding was applied throughout the exterior, providing a classic wood-grain texture with the strength of fibre cement. The front gables were accented with James Hardie shakes in iron grey, adding depth and visual interest to the façade. To complete the design, a pine tongue and groove soffit was installed in the porch ceiling, bringing warmth and a touch of natural character to the entryway. The fascia and eavestrough system were chosen to complement the dark tones and ensure long-term performance.
