This project involved the construction of a third-floor addition designed to serve as an artist’s studio. The addition not only expanded the home’s living space but also elevated the exterior design with fresh siding, soffit, and fascia. The team worked carefully to ensure the new level integrated seamlessly with the existing structure, resulting in a balanced, durable, and visually appealing home.

A mix of horizontal and vertical vinyl siding was used to create visual contrast and dimension. These finishes were accented with large, on-site custom bent aluminum trims, ensuring clean lines and a precise fit. The soffit and fascia were installed to complete the exterior system, improving airflow and long-term protection while maintaining a polished look.
